Building heat
========================================================================
Firing weapons and moving will cause mechs to build heat. If too much heat
is built up, the chance of ammo exploding or mech shutting down is increased.
Mechs have 'sinks' built into them that disperse heat. These can be destroyed
and be rendered useless if hit. A shut down mech will automatically attempt
to recover in the heat phase.
the small display to the left of the heat indicator shows how the internal
heat is affecting the mechs ability to move, attack and how likely a shutdown
is to occur.

========================================================================
Attacking
========================================================================
Shooting at a target outside the maximum range of a weapon will always miss.
Trees or shrubs in the LOS will make hitting the target harder.
Any movement of attacker or target will increase missing chance.
A mech standing in water is more likely to get hit in the torso and head.
